Ladies and gentlemen, With regard to the recognition status of a particular University/institution in MCI, in accordance with paragraph 4(1) of the screening tests Regulations, 2002, any primary medical qualification confirmed by the relevant Embassy of India as a recognized qualification for admission as a medical practitioner in the country where the institution awarding such a qualification is located may be considered by the medical Council of India as a recognized medical qualification for the purpose of issuing a certificate of eligibility, allow the candidate to participate in the screening test and provide temporary / permanent registration by the appropriate state medical Council. Therefore, the relevant candidates are hereby recommended to confirm the status of the medical qualification and its assignment to the University/institution by the relevant Embassy of India and / or the medical Council of India. Before taking part in the competition, candidates must request information about the fee structure from the relevant educational institution/University.

   Or call the medical Council of India to make sure that the Russian universities: Tyumen medical Institute and Ural medical Institute are on the list (line 298, 300). This means that the diplomas of these institutes are recognized in India, and you do not need to further confirm your qualifications to work as a doctor in India.
